Need to see whether an item your purchased is as you expected? No problem. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, so will give you 30 days to after receipt to return the item.
If, within those 30 days, you find that the item isn't as expected, send us an email, and we can arrange a return and refund for the item(s) in question. The customer will pay the shipping fee in this instance, and the item must be in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 working days from when the order was placed. However, in peak seasons it may sometimes take up to 5 working days. Be assured, however, that we try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat fee of $4.95 applies.
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays.
